Our owner, Jill Donovan, long dreamed of opening a wedding venue. As the force behind Donovan’s Dish, she loved being part of life’s celebrations, but she envisioned a place of her own, a setting worthy of the moments families entrust to her team. Jill Donovan began her hospitality career with Jill’s Beach, a luxury tanning studio built on community, confidence, and care. From day one, her mission was simple: create a space where people felt welcomed, valued, and able to be their best selves. That foundation of genuine hospitality would later inspire everything she built and ultimately shape the Donovan Hospitality family of brands.
