Big hats, sun dresses and Seersucker are in full effect to cool off on these hot and humid N.C. days. There’s no better place to show off your summer best than at a gathering of any kind where you and your illustrious friends can enjoy Donovan’s Dish’s signature drinks in hand. You can choose from sangria, mojitos, blackberry mojitos, gin and cucumber, or a glass of champagne.
With The Belmont Stakes and the U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2 in not too distant memory and the 4th of July on the horizon, there’s no better time to get your “country club” on!
Chef TJ has prepared an amazing summer menu that includes an East vs West N.C. BBQ Duo. The American Heart Association taste award-winning pulled pork is smoked for 15 hours and rivals any dedicated BBQ brick and mortar restaurant.
If pork isnt your thing, we would be more than thrilled to prepare an “On the Bone Chicken.” Free range pesto chicken served over Carolina sausage succotash.

To top it all off , Chef TJ has added short rib meatballs to the menu, which have been a new staff favorite. The short rib is braised, breaded, then fried in his signature batter, and served with a buffalo cream sauce paired with refreshing blue cheese cole slaw and homemade dill pickle. Absolutely delicious!
